October Update from KKHQ
Welcome to our October 2020 update from Kimberley Kampers Headquarters in Ballina.
A slightly longer than planned interval between updates as we have worked tirelessly on some new design changes for our range of Kruisers.
The engineering and production team have been extremely patient in delivering some fundamental changes to our Kruiser build that has taken up valuable time and energy but we are confident this will be well received in the market. We have still had many challenges due to the Covid Pandemic, mainly around parts availability and supply. Our suppliers have been great and assisted where possible. Our sourcing team have done a tremendous job to keep parts flowing so our gratitude to Roger and Brenden in Ballina.
With a growing order book and confidence in our ability to deliver a world leading product, KKHQ are proud to announce that we are entering the stage 2 strategy of our ownership under new management and are now looking to increase our capacity. Providing some much needed employment in rural NSW, KKHQ are looking to fill another x13 job vacancies over the next 8 weeks in the lead up to Christmas and become one of the major employers in Ballina again.
We are excited to start seeing the fruition of our investment in technology with the benefits of our CRM now giving us clarity and assistance in sales and customer service. Brett has had the arduous task of rolling out our new ERP system and we are extremely pleased to support Australian businesses and are now live with our Australian built Accentis ERP Software.
Our build schedules are getting fuller by the week so we encourage any customers looking at purchasing a Kimberley product and wanting delivery before the next winter travel season to please get in touch with your local dealer and with a fully refundable deposit, you can avoid disappointment and lock in a production slot.
Don’t forget we also have our last Queensland Show of the year “Let’s Go Brisbane Caravan & Camping Outdoor Sale at the Brisbane RNA Showgrounds from the 29th Oct 2020 to 1st November 2020”. SEQ Campers with Shane and the Team will be available all weekend to assist you with any enquiry into the Kimberley range. We are also pleased to announce we are in advanced discussions with a new dealer in South Australia and Western Australia and hope to reveal that soon.
