Product Feature – Kimberley Kruiser – Open Plan Living in a Caravan
All of today’s modern homes have open plan living – how does Kimberley integrate this as a key design philosophy in their Kruisers?
A key design cue in the Kimberley Kruiser range is the very noticeable open plan living configuration. The unusual but distinctive Kruiser “nose cone” allows the internal queen bed to be tucked up right at the front giving a much larger internal space than a traditional caravan.
This in turn frees up the valuable interior to create a very unique open plan configuration that has become a key trade mark of the Kimberley Kruiser range. We have a distinctive, intentional, clutter free “vista” out of each side of the Kruiser which has now been enhanced by the extra large panorama windows just released. The customers view is un-interrupted by small pokey windows or large upright cabinets or fridges. The feeling of space and openess as one gazes out into the outback fulfills our intention of bringing nature into your living area.
The seating area positioning allows a great panorama vista out of the opposing windows that can be fully opened to take advantage of airflow and the sights and smells of being in the outback bush.
A large, long kitchen bench with built in corian sinks, diesel or induction cookers and plenty of preparation space are definitely an entertainers dream taken offgrid and outback. Insect and Privacy Screens are now super convenient and do a great job of adding that extra level of comfort depending on the time of day or location.
The Kimberley lounge seating is all designed and made in house by our resident craftsman Nathan who uses only the finest leathers and materials Australia has to offer. Take a look at a few of our select images that reveal the true luxury of open plan living in a Kimberley Kruiser.
