The Hi-Top™ Tropical Roof can stay on the Camper all the time. It is a patented design using 2 sail battens that are bolted together to give the 200mm flat air gap. It has been tested by customers in high winds and moderate rain with excellent results (it did not come off under 30knot winds - even surprised the seasoned customer) The roof self erects when the camper is opened and automatically closes when the camper is closed. It can be removed for cleaning or replacement if damaged. It is made of 8oz Coolibah Dynaproof Canvas.

Our field tests by a customer proved it to be more than 25% cooler inside the camper tent with the tropical roof compared to a model without one.
